Measurements are taken by hand, so allow a centimetre either way. Leather also relaxes slightly with use.

Belts

Order the belt size matching your trouser waist, not your jacket size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — the middle hole is cut to the stated size, giving you two holes either side.

How to measure a belt at home

Take a belt you already wear and lay it flat.
Measure from the buckle prong to the hole you use most.
That measurement in inches is your belt size.
