Terms & Conditions

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the delivery address falls outside our service area.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.

If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone and markings vary from hide to hide, so the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photographs. This is characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect.

Dimensions are approximate and measured by hand.

Every piece carries a 6-month guarantee against stitching and hardware failure under normal use. It does not cover ordinary wear, water damage, or damage from misuse.

Contact us with your order number and photographs and we will repair or replace the item.

All content on this site — photography, copy, designs and the Wrenza name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
